## What to Include

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

### Required Information

• What happened: Describe the problem clearly
  - What you expected: What should have happened instead
  - Steps to reproduce: How can we recreate the issue
  - Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc. (include version if known)
  - Device: Desktop, mobile, tablet (include OS if known)

  ### Helpful Additional Information
  - Screenshot: If there's a visual problem
  - Console errors: For technical users (F12 > Console tab)
  - When it started: Did this just start happening?
  - Frequency: Does it happen every time or occasionally?

  - Sounds won't play
  - Audio cuts out or stops
  - Poor audio quality
  - Volume issues
  - Sounds playing when they shouldn't

  ## Example Report

  Good Report:
  ```
  Subject: Audio stops playing after 5 minutes

  What happened:
  When I play any sound, it automatically stops after about 5 minutes.

  What I expected:
  Sounds should continue playing until I stop them.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Go to SereneSoul.app
  2. Click on any sound (tested with "Rain" and "Ocean Waves")
  3. Wait 5 minutes
  4. Sound stops automatically

  Browser: Chrome 118
  Device: Windows 11 laptop
  When it started: Yesterday
  Frequency: Happens every time
  ```

  ## Response Time

  We typically respond to issue reports within:
  - Critical issues: 24 hours
  - General bugs: 2-3 days
  - Enhancement requests: 1 week
